These are 3D printed trays that pair well with the metal lathe quick change tool holders available in my shop. I designed these trays for mounting against a 55 degree slope. That angle was perfect for a box mounted on top of the lathe gear head (shown in pictures).
Other mounting angles are available, common ones are listed but feel free to enter customization in the Order Notes field.
The trays slide onto small dovetail shaped bars, which makes adjusting position easy.
I printed these at 8" wide and 3.5" deep. I can customize the tray for you up to 10" wide and 6" deep. Please note that the deeper the tray the less weight you should place in it.
Price includes a pair of trays with matching 3D printed dovetail bars.
These are printed in PETG plastic with carbon fiber reinforcement. I use thick walls and high infill to ensure a durable, strong, lasting part.
